Quote provided is for standard factory finishes where applicable; other finishes are at additional cost. Standard freight terms and warranties apply – per manufacturer.
All quotes & orders are subject to additional tariffs if imposed by manufacturer at time of release. One release per manufacturer, additional costs may apply for multiple releases. Storage and/or Pack & Hold orders must be approved prior to quotation. Storage fees may apply.
No fuses, lamps, spare parts, or any other material are included, unless noted. Services such as startup, training, and coordination studies, unless specifically referenced, are not included.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review and confirm all quantities and fixture types match the project requirements. Items not specified are quoted subject to the approval of the architect, engineer, or other authorized representative. All voltages are assumed to be 120-V unless otherwise stated. Advance shipment of anchor bolts is plus freight. 1.5% monthly service charges may be added to invoices beyond account terms.
Quotation is based on items listed and is only valid for purchase of all items quoted. Quotation is valid for 30 days, except for wire and conduit (24 hours). All prices exclude Sales Tax. Quotation does not cover the BAA (Buy American Act) unless specifically noted.
All returns must be made within 30 days and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Merchandise must be returned in the original packing with all parts and literature. Merchandise is subject to inspection and cannot be returned if installed. Returns will be refunded in the same payment manor it was purchased. For check payments, a waiting periods of 7 days must elapse to ensure check has cleared, at which time a refund check can processed.
